Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the abovementioned contract.

The scope of work outlined includes works to construct DDA compliant toilets, associated kitchen upgrade and external access ramp rear.

- Light timber framing
- Waterproofing lining eternal and tanking
- Roofing combined
- Cladding combined
- Door hardware
- Thermal insulation and pliable membranes
- Acoustic insulation
- New DDA ramp installed to the building entrance
- Suspended ceilings combined
- Metalwork fabricated
- FFE installation and associate works
- Signage
- Rendering and plastering
- Waterproofing wet areas
- Powder coatings
- Cleaning of the site post works
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided with the tender.
