AlburyCity Council invites suitably qualified consultants to submit a Quote for the provision of biodiversity assessment services to Council upon the conditions detailed in this RFQ.
A review of the Thurgoona Wirlinga Precinct Structure Plan is being undertaken to respond to various changes and opportunities that have occurred in the last 10 years, including revised planning policies, relevant AlburyCity projects and strategies, evolving growth challenges and community and stakeholder aspirations.
The objectives of this study are to:
- Establish baseline biodiversity values in the investigation area
- To use findings to avoid and minimise impacts on biodiversity values
