GMCT is seeking an experienced civil contractor to construct a new Private Mausoleum Precinct in the Northern Memorial Park (Glenroy VIC). The project is made up of five major components earthworks, roads, drainage, services and landscaping.
The contractor will be required to clear existing vegetation and fencing. Level out the site where required, prepare subgrade for roadways and drainage. And lay approximately 400m of asphalt plus curbing and hydraulic services. The contractor will then be required to landscape and dress the works areas, and return surrounding areas to as is condition (cleaned up, and re seeded)
Contractors are required to be CM3 qualified and able to produce adequate Traffic, Environmental and Construction management plans as well as monthly reporting.
