Tender Description
Council is seeking a detailed proposal to deliver outcomes as per this Brief, including all travel, accommodation, and any other incidental costs.
A schedule of hourly rates for additional works, as may be requested by Council, is also required.
The successful provider will provide a proposal that enables Council to consider their options based on a three phased approach to deliver and implement a Strategic Planning Software System:
- Expression of Interest proposals
- Demonstration of Systems
- Selective Formal Proposal
Council maintains ownership of Intellectual Property for documentation developed as part of this project.
