Zoos Victoria Website Support and Development

⁠⁠⁠Zoos Victoria is seeking a partner to continue to support and develop Zoos Victoria website, which would include sites for our four zoo properties: Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Open Range Zoo, Kyabram Fauna Park and Healesville Sanctuary. The website also includes functionality to allow for customers to purchase tickets to events and sessions at the Zoos, make one-off or recurring donations and purchase and manage memberships.

This tender is broken into two parts, with vendors able to respond to one or both of the sections, or partner with another company to provide a combined bid. Zoos Victoria reserves the right to award the contract to a single supplier, multiple suppliers, or none at all.

The contract will have a fixed term of three years, plus 3 x two year options to extend - with a total potential contract term of nine years.

PART ONE – Support and Development

Zoos Victoria (ZV) requires a partner that will support and develop their current website. ZV anticipates that this includes a set number of hours for a monthly retainer, with the remained being for feature development.
