Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ Provision of EAP counselling for employees and eligible family members for up to 6 sessions per annum per issue. All counselling, assessment and referral must be undertaken by fully qualified, registered, and experienced psychologists and/or social workers. Mode of counselling services may include face to face, telephone, video conferencing and online. Providers must be able to provide 24-hour emergency telephone EAP counselling as required
