icare is seeking to enagge a vendor for the provision of a Managed Security Service Provider to perform the following services:
•24*7 Security Operational Centre (SOC) capability across all ofthe security services offered.
•An automated/semi-automated SOC that provides insights onsecurity posture, alerts and responds to events in the case of anincident.
•A security monitoring capability that continuously improves andreduces false positives in existing use cases, with documentedSOPs.
•Implementing a service that provides advanced enterprise-widethreat analytics / visibility to correlate and normalise events.
•Implementing a SOC that ensures coverage of tooling thatsupports rapid detection and response.
•Integration with (or augmentation of) the existing icare securitystack (Splunk/Defender/Netskope/) tools.
•Cyber threat intelligence, Social media and dark web monitoring
