Scope of Works:
The Contractor will be responsible for the refurbishment and upgrade works to various office buildings within the existing Paraburdoo Mobile equipment maintenance (MEM) Workshops.
This will include but is not limited to; demolition works of existing areas (inc. Asbestos removal) and the subsequent upgrade to services (inc. electrical / comms, mechanical, hydraulics) and architectural finishes and fit out works.
Rio Tinto will provide an initial Concept plan and Scope of Works (SoW), the project will then be tendered and awarded on a Design and Construct basis.
Staging of the works will be required and will be discussed further in due course.
