Tender Description
This procurement will engage a service provider to deliver a support service for non-offending family members of child sexual abuse perpetrators (the Service).
The Service will provide free nationally-available support for non-offending family members and friends of child sexual abuse perpetrators during and following crisis. The Service will provide non-offending family members with access to a variety of supports, including therapeutic and emotional, across a range of service delivery channels.
The Service will also advocate on behalf of non-offending family members and friends of child sexual abuse perpetrators and raise broader community awareness around their needs and experiences. As part of this, the Service must provide leadership and best-practice guidance for other organizations and sectors that come into contact with non-offending family members and friends of child sexual abuse perpetrators, including law enforcement.
Conditions for Participation:
Tenderers must meet the following conditions:
- exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time (including compliance with clause 8.3.2, if a consortium);
- not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation or administration at or after Closing Time (this applies to any consortium members);
- the Tenderer
- either:
- holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time; or
- has a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time, and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Closing Time; and
- the Tenderer holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first-tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its response, to engage to deliver goods or services with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive).
