Tender Description
The Maitland Gaol Tower Experience Project is intended to provide public access through guided tours of the Gaols towers and gantry platforms. The project involves the construction of a new steel access stair within one of the existing towers and associated upgrade works to the gantry platforms and towers. The full scope of work is defined further in the documentation.
The closing date and time is 2pm on Tuesday 31st January 2023.
A mandatory site inspection will be held on 16th January 2023.
