Lease of 1A Main St & 5-7 Main St Pakenham

⁠⁠⁠Cardinia Shire Council is calling Expressions of Interest for the lease for the following properties:

• 1A Main Street, Pakenham
• 5-7 Main Street, Pakenham

These properties on two sites has three buildings known as My Place and the Point which includes the Chapel and the Church.

This is an exciting opportunity for community organisations to secure a new home.

Council will consider proposals from Proponents for:

• all three buildings as one lease, or
• each building leased seperately to different organisations, or
• a combination of the three buildings
