CAP RED is looking for a qualified agency to coordinate two trips in Australia, including meetings with different Australian governmental authorities, agrifood investors, potential buyers, and research and development institutes. This also includes state and interstate transportation and other logistical arrangements. The first study trip is organised specially for the Cambodian board and the implementing committee who are responsible for overseeing the Cambodian Agrifood Industrial Park. The second study trip is developed particularly for a group of delegates from governmental agencies, agrifood enterprises and business associations who have worked on promoting agrifood investment and exports.
SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
CAP RED is the Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAP RED) Facility. It is a five‐year (2022‐2027) Australian Government initiative with a potential three-year extension. CAP RED aims at (1) supporting the Cambodian Government to implement policies that increase sustainable and inclusive public and private investment, and (2) encouraging Cambodian businesses and individuals to invest in new market opportunities, supporting a diverse and inclusive economy.
