The Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (MOPT), in collaboration with Tennis Australia (TA) for the Australian Open (AO), is preparing to issue a request for tender (RFT) for catering services and is calling on capable, experienced, and innovative caterers to register their interest to tour the precinct and learn more about the opportunities.
