Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited for interested Proponents to participate in a two-stage competitive bid process to lead a staged delivery and activation of a unique mixed-use precinct at the new Ocean Reef Marina. The successful Proponent will be responsible for the staged development and curated delivery of the mixed-use town centre. This EOI is the first stage in this process.
