"Request for Quote – P22-4732 - Leadville Mine Remediation Construction – Supply of Quarry Material
Soil Conservation Service invites you to quote rates for the Quarry Products required for the Leadville Mine Remediation Construction project.
The products required for this project:
Gravel 40-70mm - amount approximately 200 tons
Gabion 150-300mm - amount approximately 2,500 tons
Oversized Rock 500-700mm - amount approximately 400 tons
Where you cannot supply the stated quantities of the product/s you may propose an amount to supply which will be considered in the evaluation process. Please note, we will consider ex. bin costs if delivery trucks are not available at your quarry.
The Department may consider the appointment of separate suppliers to fulfill the products and quantities required.
Please complete the information below and return it by Monday 16 January 2023 at 10am via e-Tendering.
If materials are being delivered to site, the location is - intersection of Sir Ivan Dougherty Drive and Garland Street, Leadville NSW 2844 (GPS: -32.0209200, 149.5401669)
Please note that the Department may take into account any information in evaluating quotes and is not bound to accept the lowest nor any quote. The Department has discretion to manage this procurement as it sees fit. If the Department accepts your offer, it will be subject to the Goods and Services Contract which will be provided."
