Tender Description
NPWS is seeking tenders from experienced food and beverage operators for the management of Apple Tree Bay Kiosk under a lease for a proposed term of 5 years with a 5 year option.
Apple Tree Bay Kiosk is located close to a busy boat launch and includes a pedal boat business hiring boats to park visitors for use at nearby Cockle Creek.
Suitably qualified operators are invited to submit proposals that focus on the provision of quality food and beverage offerings and the promotion of the environmental, historic and cultural values of the site.
The Preferred Respondent will have experience in operating and managing a café. Experience in operating an equipment rental service is highly desirable.
NPWS is also looking for skills in marketing and an ability to work collaboratively with NPWS in the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the site.
Please note: This EOI is being released with EOI-28933, Bobbin Inn Café.
Submissions that include a proposal for the operation of both Bobbin Inn Café and Apple Tree Bay Kiosk are encouraged, however a submission for one property will be accepted.
