Taupo Primary School Board of Trustees are seeking a Main Contractor (suitably qualified) to refurbish the existing B Block toilets and alter the layout using the existing footprint.

The Contract Works required are:

• Demolition of existing boys, girls and accessible toilet. Re-purpose this space to create 4x self-contained unisex cubicles and 1x staff toilet = using existing footprint.

• There is currently a roller door that gives access to the toilets. It is to be removed and replaced with a new aluminium glazed door. The entrance is to be infilled with cladding to fit the new door.

• The roof skylights are to be removed and infilled with roofing.

For work to happen during term time, allow for contractor-provided fencing and site facilities required for operation.

The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract (Construction contracts for professional services and works).
