Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a contractor to carry out roofing and spouting replacement works at Maeroa Intermediate.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Block A (A1.1 North): remove existing roof and replace with similar profile roof sheets and associated flashings
  • Block A (A2 South/West): remove existing roof and replace with similar profile roof sheets and associated flashings
  • Block A (A2 Upper roof): remove and replace with similar profile spouting on the North/West elevation side section only
  • Block D: remove existing spouting and replace with similar profile spouting with external brackets
  • Block H: remove existing spouting and replace with similar profile spouting with external brackets
  • Block K: remove existing spouting and replace with similar profile spouting with external brackets

The project consists of roof works to various buildings. Block A is the largest and most difficult to access, requiring extensive scaffolding to complete. The balance of the scope is minimal in nature and more easily accessible.
