Tender Description
The Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) is seeking an Electrical Consultant to undertake Electrical Inspection of Council’s Electrical Assets in the Emerald Area. The Electrical Inspection shall be undertaken by use of a Visual Inspection and Limited Testing in accordance with the Australian Standards (AS)3019:2007 – Electrical Installations: Periodic Verification. Council has prepared an Electrical Installation Report – Scope of Works for the undertaking of the inspection with associated forms to be completed.
Consultant’s may be required to undertake High Risk Activities as identified in the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 2011 and are required to have the necessary safety processes in place as identified in the General Conditions of Contract; inclusive of the minimum number of personnel specified in the contract are on site, at all times when undertaking Inspection works.
