Kangaroo Flat - DMO Wash Bay & Associated Site Works

⁠⁠⁠Country Fire Authority (CFA) is intending to release an open tender to construct a new 12x6m DMO truck wash bay & associated site works at 15B Station Street, Kangaroo Flat.

The proposed project consists of the following:
- 12m x 6m covered truck wash bay
- Full height precast concrete tilt panels to 3 sides of bay
- Colorbond roof with sections of transparent roofing
- Concrete slab & footings
- Services connections
- Demolition of existing wash bay
- Removal of existing 3no. water tanks

Construction works is targeted to commence in early Feb 2023 and to be completed by mid-April 2023.

The works must comply with Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and Industrial Relations Management which are mandatory requirements. Applicable Government policies affecting the procurement include:
• Directions and instructions for Public Construction Procurement, and
• Social Procurement Policy.
