Tender Description
A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:
· Documentation and Construction of 2 x 3 bedroom GAHP design dwellings on Lots 25 & 59 Milyakburra
· Documentation and Construction of 5 x 4 bedroom GAHP design dwellings on Lots 11, 30, 40, 53 & 66 Milyakburra
· Demolition of 1 existing dwelling on Lot 25 Milyakburra, after tenants are moved to an available transitional dwelling
· Relocate tenants and their belongings
o From Transitional Lot 35 to newly constructed Lot 40
o From Transitional Lot 48 to newly constructed Lot 53
o From Transitional Lot 49 to newly constructed Lot 30
o From Existing Lot 25 to Transitional Lot 35, 48 or 49, transitional lot to be confirmed at a later date, and then back to newly constructed Lot 25.
· In relation to demolition and construction of Lot 25, a staged approach will be required due to Transitional accommodation limitations.
· Provide quotes when requested to carry out industrial cleans, repairs and maintenance as per the Departments provided Scope of Works to vacant transitional Lots 35, 48 and 49. These works will be varied into the contract upon quote acceptance and approval.
Provide provisional sum pricing for NTG Designed 3 bedroom & 4 bedroom dwelling as per provided drawings, specifications and schedule, assuming they will be built in Milyakburra.
