MADDEN AVENUE MILDURA EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CONSTRUCTION ALTERATIONS OF THE EXISTING PREMISES AND FACILITIES

Expressions of interest are sought for building contracts to the existing club facilities located in Madden Avenue Mildura. The Club is to undergo extensive renovations compiling of several stages that encompass renovations to the existing function room, amenity areas, social lounge with re-fit of bar work and refrigeration, and alteration to the foyer and administration areas of the building. The time framework for the project is to be completed in the 2023 calendar year.

Companies are invited to provide expressions of interest showcasing the qualities and capabilities of their business that could undertake this project.

EOI's to be submitted no later than Friday, December 16, 2022. Upon selection, the Contract tender for the project shall be released for pricing on January, 23, 2023.

The tender will be a 4-week period.

Construction will commence mid-March 2023.
