Brimbank City Council invites experienced businesses to submit a tender response for the Operation of a Cafe at Brimbank Community and Civic Centre @ 301 Hampshire Road Sunshine.
The floor plan is approximately 67,67m2 exclusive indoor cafe space on the ground floor of the Council. The internal floor space provides standing room and seating capacity of 40, outdoor will provide 28 fixed seats.
