Grass Cutting of Parks & Reserves, Roadsides and Dangar Island

⁠⁠⁠Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of Grass Cutting of Parks & Reserves, Roadsides and Dangar Island for a period of 3 (three) years. At Council's sole discretion, the contract may be extended for a further period of 2 (two) of 12 (twelve) months each, subject to satisfactory performance.

Council reserves the right to award a single contract to one contractor or several contracts to a panel of contractors qualified to provide these Services/Goods. Where contracts are awarded to a panel of contractors, Council may exercise its option to extend the contract with one, many or all panellists.

1. Grass Cutting of Parks & Reserves
a. North Zone
b. South Zone
2. Grass Cutting of Roadsides
a. North Zone
b. South Zone
3. Grass Cutting at Dangar Island

Each of the five zones may be awarded to a different Tenderer.

Rates and quantities may be lodged for one or multiple zones; however, the zones may not necessarily be awarded to one tenderer. Council may consider accepting a percentage (%) discount to be deducted from all tendered rates if a tenderer wishes to tender for and is awarded all zones.

All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.

Tenders must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this Invitation to Tender.
