Tender Description
Lake Maintenance (WA) Pty Ltd on behalf of the Department of Communities (DOC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake WK Refurbishments bathrooms and kitchens in the Derby area.
The purpose of this project is to complete 6 properties in Derby. The scope of Works is available for downloads together with technical specification V10. The list of properties is on the final evaluation report.
