Western Aquatic and Early Years Centre and Bruce Comben Reserve Upgrades - Design Consultancy

Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking to appoint a Lead Consultant to complete the schematic design and prepare the design development drawings for the upgrade of Bruce Comben Reserve. This will include an aquatic and early years centre, sports ovals and adjacent car parks and access roads within the reserve. This project is noted as Stage 2 - Phase 2 of the Bruce Comben Reserve Master Plan.

The Lead Consultant will be required to deliver the complete Schematic Design and prepare Design Development drawings and documentation for Council to submit funding applications with the State and Federal Governments and release of a Design and Construct Tender for Stage 2 - Phase 3 of the Master Plan.
