Tender Description
Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced head contractor that meets the current National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards, and will offer goods and services as defined in the documentation provided.
In order to be considered as a compliant bid, suppliers must respond to all questions listed as mandatory.
Scope of Works is defined as per the documentation attached to this RFT. Generally, works include the fit-out of the Psychology Clinic at the Greenhill Enterprise Centre (GEC), suites 2, 3, 4, 9 & 11, including:
- 10 consulting rooms;
- 4 telehealth consulting spaces;
- single student workspace;
- 4 staff offices;
- reception and waiting room;
- video infrastructure and duress alarms; and
- Addressing of existing GEC base-build issues including but not limited to vibrations from plant room 2, HVAC rebalancing, swipe card system (for after-hours access) etc.
Mandatory Site Visit is Required. - All suppliers are required to post a question in the eProcure tender portal to advise of attendance.

In order to be considered as a conforming bid, tenderers must provide all the documents listed as conforming. All questions listed as mandatory must be responded to. Non-conforming tenders representing unacceptable levels of risk may be excluded from further consideration.
Questions posed by this method will be brought to the attention of the Project Manager and their response distributed to all interested parties via the Tender Portal.
