Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors who are a TfNSW Technically Assured Organisation (TAO) (Rail) to undertake design and construction works at Emu Plains within the Penrith Local Government Area in relation to the Great Western Highway Railway Bridge: Protection Screen Works as further described of this RFT - Scope of Work
