Tender Description
This Consultant Services Brief seeks a fee proposal from suitably experienced Planning Consultants to assist the Circular Head Council in preparing a Settlement Strategy that meets the requirements of the Regional Land Use Strategy.
Additionally, Council is seeking the services of experienced planning/architectural or similar discipline consultants with community engagement specialisation to undertake community consultation on and prepare for Council adoption, a master Plan for Stanley Streetscape.
There is the opportunity to deliver these projects side by side. Interested consultants can apply for both, or either of the projects.
