Light & Sound Event Swan Hill and Robinvale

⁠⁠⁠Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking a partnership with a preferred contractor to plan, design, install and implement an artistic interactive sound and light event for Swan Hill and Robinvale.

The aim of this event will be to transform and revitalise public spaces within riverside precincts of both Robinvale and Swan Hill, through sound and light display.

The project forms part of Swan Hill Rural City Community Vision & Council Plan 2022-27 “We will continue to build and strengthen a prosperous local economy”.

Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:

Price will be evaluated on best value

Compliance of Specification (20%)

• Respond and addressed all, part or some of the requirements outlined in the specification document.

Track Record (30%)

• Demonstrate if you have completed work for Council before.

• Advise the number of the same or similar projects they have completed previously.

• Provide the details of the references from the previous projects.

Resource/Skills Availability (35%)

• Provide satisfactory evidences to prove they have appropriate skills and resources to accomplish the project satisfactorily.

• Demonstrate if you are able to meet the time table and deliver the goods/Services on time.

Social Economic Benefit (10%)

• Demonstrate the social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality provided supporting documentation of contributions made to the community in

the form of donation or free services etc.

Environmental Benefit (5%)

• Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
