Tender Description
Council hereby gives public notice of the Expression of Interest for parties interested in licensing land within the Tarcutta Truck Stop for the purpose of providing food and beverage services to truck drivers and the general public between the hours of 8pm and 3am. Full particulars of the Expression of Interest, including the Expression of Interest document and Submission Form are available at https://connect.wagga.nsw.gov.au/tarcutta-food-van.
The information provided within the EOI submissions will be utilised by Council to assist in the selection of the preferred applicant and the subsequent licence negotiations.
The Expression of Interest will be open and submissions received until 4pm, 2 December 2022. Persons wishing to make a submission in relation to the Expression of Interest should do so prior to the close of the Expression of Interest. Submissions should be in writing and may be placed in the Council Tender Box at Wagga Wagga City Council, 243 Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650 or emailed to conolly.melinda@wagga.nsw.gov.au.
