Tender Description
Seeking architects to provide full architectural consultancy services for the construction of three 2/3-bedroom SDA dwellings located across three sites (Coburg, Cheltenham, and Bell Park). Design services will include the development of one design for all three sites. Prospective tenderers should be experienced in disability accommodation, non-for-profit builds, SDA builds (with NDIS enrolment), and/or projects which accommodate accessible Universal Design Principles.
