Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenderers to establish a Register of Prequalified Suppliers for the Provision of Demolition Services to support the Voluntary Home Buy Back Program (VHBB) as part of the Resilient Homes fund (RHF) for Ipswich City Council.
The works to be carried out under the agreement are to include all the components required for pre/post demolition including but not limited to the following activities. Post-demolition services - the intent is for the land to be restored to allow re-zoning for non-habitable uses.
(a) Securing of Property
(b) Demolition
(c) Site Rehabilitation
Tenderers who wish to be on the register should have the capacity and capability to provide demolition services. The works under the agreement will be released (via a quote process) in packages of varying sizes until June 2024.
