⁠⁠⁠To award a contractor to operate, maintain and install 3rd party advertising. 

 
The services contemplated under this tender reflect a full outsource model with Sydney Trains providing access to approved fleet types (Sydney Train and NSW Trains, excluding Waratahs A-type fleet) for the appointed supplier operate, maintain and install third party advertising, in order to generate revenue.
