Tender Description
This Contract is for the Supply and Installation of Water Quality Monitoring Stations at 10 different sites across the Waimakariri District.
The main tasks involved in this Contract are:
• Confirming the location of existing services in the vicinity of the works
• Construction of concrete pads and other civil works, as per design drawings and contract specifications.
• Supply and installation of 10 Water Quality Monitoring Stations, as per design drawings and contract specifications.
• Connecting Monitoring Stations to existing services, including new electrical and comms works.
• Reinstatement works as required
• Test, remedy and commission the works under the contract
• Providing as-built drawings and any inputs required for the operation and maintenance manuals
• Liaison with key stakeholders including the Water Unit, and WDC
• Carry out other works deemed necessary for completion of this contract
• Co-ordination with other contractors who may be undertaking work in the area at the same time.
The Due Date for Completion shall be calculated by adding the contract period to the start date and shall be no later than 1 June 2023, assuming a tender award date of 20 December 2022.
