The works include the following:
• A new three level office/training Building and adjacent hardstand
• A new Troop and storage facility
• Provision of a new tool store
• Reconfiguration of the existing training and CASG building
• Additional hardstands to meet military vehicle storage and movement needs
• A secured area for Protected Mobility Vehicle (PMV) parking
• Provision of electrical and communications services in existing buildings to meet changes in the workforce.
