Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Applicants with the vision, experience, capability and capacity to develop and operate a mixed-use marina development in partnership with Government on land within the Snug Cove Maritime Precinct (the Precinct).
The mixed-use marina development the subject of this EOI is expected to include a wet berth marina accommodating commercial and recreational vessels, marina operations facilities, boat repair and maintenance facilities, boat refuelling and pump-out facilities, commercial, retail, food and beverage and short-term accommodation as well as public domain and car parking.
TfNSW proposes to offer the successful Proponent(s) tenure over areas within the Precinct in exchange for a commitment to develop and operate a mixed-use marina over one or more stages. The vision for a rejuvenated Precinct will be developed in partnership with the successful Proponent(s).
The successful Proponent(s) will be selected through a two-stage competitive selection process. The first stage requires Applicants to submit an EOI. A short list of Applicants will then be selected from the EOI stage and invited to.participate in the second stage – Request for Proposals.
