Tender Description
CON22007: This Contract is for Stage 2A of works to rehabilitate the Raumanga Stream between Otaika Road/State Highway 1 and Bernard Street footbridge. Works include controlling pest plant infestations and associated revegetation, litter removal, and maintenance of the site for two years upon completion. Reinforcement of the toe of the stream bank may be undertaken at the direction of the Engineer.
Stage 2A focuses on controlling Giant Reed (Arundo Donax) on the northern (true left) stream bank and pest plant species except bamboo on the southern (true right) stream bank. Works are to be scheduled to start no earlier than 17 January 2023. Subsequent stages will be tendered separately at a later stage.
Tenders shall close on 2 December 2022 at 3.30pm.
