Project Summary

The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in March 2022 for the construction of a new Multipurpose Block, refurbishment of the existing BER building and the demolishion of Block B located at Lakeside Avenue Mount Beauty 3699.

The project will include the construction of a new Multipurpose Block with flexible learning spaces, music and food technology room, the refurbishment of the existing BER building into library, staff and administration hub and the demolition of one of the existing learning blocks (Block B). Landscape and civil works.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $2,000,000.
