Tender Description
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for Newspaper Delivery Service
The Embassy intends to award a purchase order to the lowest quote technically acceptable submitted by a responsible offeror. See Section 3 of the Request for Quotations (RFQ).
This opportunity allows for electronic submissions; your quotation with the subject line “19AS2023Q0002_Newspaper Delivery Service” to Vicki Page at pagev@state.gov on or before 4pm on November 14, 2022.
No quotations will be accepted after this time.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 as appropriate and submit the following:

3. Additional information as required in Section 3
