Bills Printing and Distribution

⁠⁠⁠OPC has an ongoing requirement for printing and distribution services for Australian Government bills (Bills). The printing and distribution of Bills is a critical service and high profile. Printing tasks are subject to inflexible deadlines and the meeting of agreed timeframes is essential.

Please note that there are very specific requirements around security of premises and personnel as well as the ability to print and deliver bills at very short notice and to tight timeframes, including outside of ordinary business hours.

Conditions for Participation:

OPC will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed OPC considers that the Tenderer does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3).
