Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T061/2023, Construct Accessible Transport Hub Shelter
The Accessible Transport Hub was built in Bicentennial Park in the Tamworth CBD, to provide convenient parking for vehicles with a disabled parking permit. A cantilevered roof shelter has been designed over these parking spaces and Council are now seeking a contractor to manufacture and install this shelter with all associated services. Practical completion is to be achieved by 30 April 2023.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Prices. The scope of work includes the provision and installation of the shelter, construction and installation of reinforced concrete footings, and provision of lighting, electrical and stormwater.
While there is no pre-tender briefing meeting, tenderers can call to organise a site visit.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
