POD Pilot Project Multi Campus

⁠⁠⁠The University is seeking formal tenders on the manufacture, supply and installation of single and two person pods across its four city campuses.

General Scope
This project involves the manufacture, supply and installation of 11 Pods, (4 off single pods and 7 off 2 person pods) across the 4 city campuses (City West, City East, Mawson Lakes and Magill). These numbers are subject to tender results.
The detailed scope/ quote sheets are separate documents to be filled in by each supplier. If your company can not meet the UniSA essential criteria, fill in the Tender Response- Alternative scope document for consideration.

A traditional lump sum tender approach is intended to be adopted for this project. However, UniSA reserves the right to apply alternative procurement strategies, dependant on the outcome of the Tender.

UniSA will directly engage the manufacturer/supplier for this project.

The manufacturer/supplier will be responsible to determine if specialist subcontractors are required and to incorporate any associated fees into their tender.

Prospective tenderers must refer to the tender documents for Terms and Conditions of Tender. A formal Purchase Order will be provided as proof of contract
