Austin Health is seeking an experienced vendor to manage the supply and distribution of pharmaceutical products via a ward box supply model to Austin Health sites ensuring compliance with regulations, cost effectiveness, access to adequate supplies and commitment to continuous improvement. Ward box involves stock being ordered directly for a specific ward/department, the stock is picked by the wholesaler and delivered direct to the hospital for the specified area. This allows Austin Health to utilise the wholesaler as our virtual warehouse and stock picker.
