Tender Description
The City of Bayswater is a metropolitan local government, located approximately eight kilometres east of the Perth CBD.
The City is seeking to appoint one contractor in each of the trade categories of plumbing and gas, electrical and glazing for a three year period with two option for extension of one year each, giving a potential contract of five years.
Work will be 'as required' at various locations within the City's boundaries and will include small projects and routine maintenance and repairs to support the City's in-house trade team.
The ability to provide emergency after-hours support is essential.
