Tender Description
Yarra Ranges Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the Glenvalley Playspace Renewal Seville East (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 285 9J).
PLEASE NOTE: Tenderers are advised that the onsite construction start date shall be no later than 28th February 2023 and the project must reach Practical Completion by no later than 30th June 2023.
Expectation is that the procurement process shall commence for any long lead time equipment upon award of contract.
