Tender Description
The Agency is Land Registry Services, Land Use Victoria. Land Registry Services (LRS) is a large operational business engaged in the processing of land title registrations and land dealings transactions. It includes Registration Branch, Plan Branch and a Business Services function, which provides Divisional business support. The Division also provides title search and property certificate services, delivered through a private provider, Victorian Land Registry Services Pty Ltd. LRS registers over 850,000 property transactions and 9,000 plans of subdivision, provides 2.4 million title searches and 1.5 million other property information services per annum.
The Agency is seeking responses to this Invitation for Expressions of Interest for Land Registry Services (LRS) requires an image editing software application product to maintain all existing raster images, and for future lodgements of PDF attachments through SPEAR and data in standard CAD formats using defined and structured CAD layers, with the ability to output in multiple standards.
