Expression of Interest - 2022/23 Art Bar Drink Provision

⁠⁠⁠Opportunity to provide bar service
Wellington Shire Council is looking to bring back the popular Art Bar at the Port of Sale precinct for summer 2022/23.

The outdoor Art Bar will open every weekend between December 1 and the Victorian Labour Day long weekend, finishing on Monday 13 March 2023.

We are seeking expressions of interest from businesses to operate the bar and provide bar services during this period.

What we are looking for:

• Site: We can provide power; all other aspects of the service need to be self-contained including waste management for your operation. Given the area is often subject to strong winds and for security purposes we prefer you to be set up in a truck, trailer, or van.
• Hours of operation: Friday, 3pm to late, Saturday, 3pm to late and Sunday, 12pm to 9pm.
• You will be responsible for: Applying for, obtaining, and adhering to all licences required to legally operate the bar service, including the provision of security if required.

Food trucks/vans will be operating in conjunction with your bar service.

There will also be a mix of live and pre-recorded music programmed each weekend.
