Tender Description
The Department of Health will be seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to establish a single State-wide Electronic Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS) to replace the legacy Client Management Interface ‘CMI’, with said replacement providing additional clinical functionality. This functionality is intended to be deployed to additional, new mental health and wellbeing service providers across community health, NGO’s and mental health and wellbeing local services.
Other Requirements
As part of the Government’s procurement and grants framework, there are two new requirements that come into effect on 1 December, 2022 under the new Fair Jobs Code, being the Fair Jobs Code Pre-Assessment Certificate and a Fair Jobs Code Plan.
From 1 December 2022, a Certificate must be held prior to tendering or applying for an applicable contract or grant. It is strongly recommended that all suppliers and businesses seeking to be considered for this proposed tender apply for a Certificate as soon as possible.
The application process is straightforward and should take around 30 minutes. Applications are free and can be made through the Buying for Victoria website.
Certificates are issued by the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, usually within 30 days, and are valid for two years.
