Tender Description
Expressions of interest are open for 3 vacant positions on the Member Health and Wellbeing Committee.
The Member Health and Wellbeing Committee has a role in ensuring the College continues to deliver high quality physician education and training programs, support future health care systems and provide health policy leadership.
The Committee has a responsibility to:
- represent the view of physicians and trainees on health and wellbeing
- promote the health and wellbeing of physicians and trainees
- provide expert advice and guidance on the implementation and revision of the Member Health and Wellbeing Strategy as well as other matters relating to member health and wellbeing
Expressions of interest are invited for the following:
- 1 x Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine (AFPHM) representative
- 1 x Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) representative
- 1 x Trainee representative
Applicants should:
- provide relevant interest, skills and expertise to the Committee
- not represent any particular organisation
- be prepared to devote the time to prepare for and attend Committee meetings on a pro bono basis
